Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for maintaining access to your device and Apple Account, and for using the app in accordance with applicable law. Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it to harm another person.
Availability and changes
SpikeSmart may change as it develops. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued, and beta features may contain errors. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
